The developers and operators of FengShui AI accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any decisions made, actions taken, financial losses, emotional distress, or any other consequences — direct or indirect — arising from the use of this application or the readings, predictions, and guidance it produces.

Your Responsibility

By using this application, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Always consult qualified professionals for important matters relating to health, finances, relationships, or major life decisions.

Permitted Use

FengShui AI is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the app to:

• Generate metaphysical readings for yourself and saved profiles
• Explore cultural and entertainment content related to Chinese metaphysics
• Share reading results for personal, non-commercial purposes

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to deceive, defraud, or harm other people
• Commercially resell or redistribute readings generated by the app
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the application
• Use automated means to access or scrape the app or its API
• Impersonate another person or entity when creating an account
• Upload images of other people without their explicit consent

Account Registration

You may use FengShui AI as a guest without an account. Creating an account enables reading history synchronisation across devices and additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

User-Submitted Content

When you upload photos (palm, face, floor plans) for analysis, you confirm that you have the right to share those images. You retain ownership of your images. We do not store or use your images for any purpose beyond generating the requested reading.

Nature of AI Readings

All readings are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) interpreting classical Chinese metaphysical frameworks. These readings:

• Are creative interpretations, not scientific predictions
• May vary between sessions due to the probabilistic nature of AI
• Reflect traditional cultural concepts that may not align with modern scientific understanding
• Should be treated as reflective entertainment, not factual guidance

Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app relies on third-party AI and cloud services which may experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss caused by service interruptions.

Pro Features

Certain features of FengShui AI are available exclusively to Pro members, including unlimited readings, daily & weekly briefings, Annual Forecast, AI Chat with persistent memory, Goals, push notification reminders, and advanced analytical tools. Free-tier users retain access to core reading features subject to daily session limits.

Billing & Cancellation

Pro membership is purchased and managed via our website (fengshuiai.com) using Stripe as the payment processor. The app itself does not process payments. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation procedures are governed by the terms presented at the time of purchase on our website. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

Push Notifications

The app may request permission to send push notifications, including daily energy briefings and auspicious date reminders. Notification permission is entirely optional. You may grant or revoke it at any time in your device settings. We do not send marketing messages via push notifications.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in FengShui AI — including the app, its design, branding, logo, and underlying code — are owned by the developers of FengShui AI. The app is licensed to you, not sold. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any part of the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FengShui AI at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of this application shall be resolved in good faith. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
